National Day Rules for Dubai Public Transport
Here is the list of Dubai public transport rules on National Day announced by RTA Dubai :
Dubai Metro
The timings of Dubai Metro have also been changed during the National Day. For instance;
Dubai Metro Timings on National Day
The Metro bus service will be operational on the Red and Green Line from November 30, 2023, to December 12, 2023.
- Thursday to Sunday: 30th November till 3rd December: 5:00 am to 1:00 am
- Monday to Sunday: 4th December till 10th December: 5:00 am to 1:00 am
- Monday and Tuesday: 11th December till 12th December: 5:00 am to 1:00 am
Dubai Tram Timings For National Day
Dubai Tram will also be providing service between November 30 and December 12. The Tram will operate from the following days:
- Timings: Monday to Saturday | 06:00 am to 01:00 am
- Sunday Timings: 09:00 am to 01:00 am
Dubai Public Bus Timings For National Day
From December 1st, 2023 to December 3rd, 2023 sixteen bus routes (10, 15, 21, 7, 8, 83, 96, 95A, 95, 91A, 91, E101, 98E, X94, X92, E102) will be redirected on Sheikh Zayed Road, exclusively towards Abu Dhabi, causing anticipated delays in service between 06:30 am and 11:30 am. Some trips may be cancelled due to road diversions, and the affected bus stops will be closed during this period.
Normal service will continue on all other routes during the following timings:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 4:30 am to 12:30 am
- Fridays: 5:00 am to 12:30 am
- Saturdays to Sundays: 6:00 am to 1:00 am
The metro link bus service will align its schedule with the operating times and trips of the metro.

Inter-City Bus and Commercial Coaches
Bus Route (E100) will be redirected from Ibn Battuta Bus Station to Abu Dhabi, while Bus Route (E102) will be redirected from Ibn Battuta Bus Station to Musaffah Community exclusively from December 1st to December 4th, 2023.
Normal services will continue on the following routes:

- E100: From Al Ghubaiba to Abu Dhabi

The Marina Mall to Bluewaters route (BM3) will operate from 4:15 pm to 11:25 pm, with on-demand service available between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm. Advance booking is required for customers.

RTA Dubai has also announced free parking during Commemoration Day and the UAE’s 52nd National Day – from Saturday, December 2 to Monday, December 4. Thus, the paid parking in Dubai will resume on Tuesday, 5 Dec 2023. However, the free parking will be only applicable to all public parking except multi-level terminals.

- Service Provider Centres: RTA has announced the closure of both services from Saturday, December 2. However, they will start normal operations from Monday 4th December 2023 exclusively at the follwing centres:

- AutoPro Satwa
- AutoPro Al Mankhool
- Tasjeel Al Awir
- Al Yalayis
- Customer Happiness Centres: The happiness centres will also be closed during the holiday.
- The Smart Customer Happiness Centre: These centres will operate 24/7 in Al Tawar, Al Barsha, Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Manara, and Al Kafaf along with the RTA Head Office.
