ELIGIBILITY
The service can be availed by business sector employees and commercial and government companies. Also, VIPs and club members can apply for this service.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions must be met to avail the service:
- A new contract must be signed to renew the existing one.
- For 10 buses or less, the customer can apply for the service five days before the reservation date.
- For more than 10 buses, the customer must apply 15 days in advance of the reservation date.
There are also some conditions related to buses, for both the concerned customer and passengers. They are as follows:
Conditions for Customers Renting the Bus
- The rented bus can not be used for any other promotional activities except the one decided in the contract.
- The agreed bus capacity must not exceed.
- The rented bus must not be used in any sport or racing competition.
- The vehicle must not be used for any transportation of illegal substances. In addition, any substance that might damage the internal or external part of the bus is prohibited.
- All actions must be avoided that may cancel the insurance coverage of the bus or impound it.
- No changes must be made to the internal or external part of the RTA bus. Also, any advertising poster must be added or removed carefully to avoid damage to the bus.
- The customer will bear the total cost of the damage in case of any misuse or damage to the bus.
- In case the customer asks to re-route the bus, the rental fee difference will be calculated and must be paid.
Conditions for the Passengers
- Smoking and misbehaving are prohibited.
- The passengers are not allowed to litter, lean or sit on handles/ cup holders, show careless behaviour or place their feet on the seats.
- Emergency exits must not be used except in case of one.
- Eating and drinking is not allowed inside the bus.
- Any act of crime, violence or harassment is prohibited. Moreover, a weapon of any kind is forbidden inside the bus.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
To apply for a short-term bus rental, the documents required are:
- A copy trade licence is required if you are applying for the service on behalf of a company.
- A copy of the decree associated with the establishment is required to avail the service on behalf of a government entity.

- The rent duration for the buses depends on the contract between RTA and the customer.
