STEP 1: SUBMIT AN ONLINE APPLICATION
- The first step for DEWA account transfer is to login into your DEWA account by using your DEWA ID or UAE Pass

- Pay off any outstanding fees on your current premise
- Disconnect the Electricity and Water supply for the Move-out premise on the specified date
