Key Features of Hive JVC
Some of the exclusive Hive JVC features are:
Flexible Living Arrangements
Hive’s unique selling point is its flexibility. Unlike traditional rental agreements that come with hefty penalties for early termination, Hive tenants are only required to give 30 days’ notice to vacate the premises. This is in stark contrast to the typical industry norm, where tenants are charged a penalty of one to two months’ rent if they leave early.
- Annual Contracts: Tenants sign contracts on an annual basis.
- Two Months’ Rent Upfront: Upon moving in, tenants pay two months’ rent, one of which is a refundable deposit.
- No Set-Up Fees: Unlike most rental options, there’s no need to set up utilities such as DEWA services (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) or AC services, as all of this is included in the rent.
- All-Inclusive Pricing: Rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi and maintenance costs, eliminating the need for separate utility deposits or broker fees.
