- To transfer electrical services, an undertaking from the contractor is needed which will then be approved by the ADDC.

- The quotation issued by ADDC must be approved.
- The service transfer request must be initiated.
- Await the application review.
- The municipality proposition must be approved.
- The electrical service must be transferred.
- Close the application.

HOW DO I CLAIM MY DEPOSIT FROM ADDC?
After the final bill is paid during the move-out process, your refund will be deposited into your account. In case of a credit in your account, the whole amount will be refunded. However, for the debit balance, the deposit will be used to pay the bill and the remaining amount will be refunded.
WHAT IS ADDC EV CHARGING TARIFF AND HOW DO I AVAIL IT?

The EV charging tariff by the ADDC came into effect in August 2021. The tariff has added to the benefits of apartments with EV charging. For all EV owners, the monthly fee is AED 92 until the installation of the metre. After the metre is installed, the bill will be based on the charge consumption.
A single metre and charger can be used for more than one EV. Also, all EV owners must register their EV chargers.
