CLEARANCE CERTIFICATES

ADDC RATES AND TARIFFS

- Green band: Rates for consumption of water and electricity within the daily allowance.
- Red band: Higher rates for excessive use of water and electricity than the daily allowance.

FOR UAE NATIONALS
- Water: 2.09 AED and 2.6 AED per cubic metre for green and red bands, respectively. Green allowance for apartments is 0.7 cubic metres per day and 7 cubic metres for villas.
- Electricity: 6.7 fils per kWh and 7.5 fils kWh for exceeding above green band. Green allowance is 30 kWH and 400 kWH for apartments and villas, respectively.
FOR EXPATS
- Water: 7.84 AED per cubic metre for the green band and 10.41 AED per cubic metre for the red band. Green allowance for apartments is 0.7 cubic metres per day and 5 cubic metres per day for villas.
- Electricity: 26.8 fils per kWh within the daily limit and 30.5 fils per kWh for exceeding above green band. Green allowance is 20 kWH and 200 kWH for apartments and villas, respectively.
HOW TO PAY ADDC BILLS

PAY ONLINE
Consumers can pay online by logging into ADDC accounts and entering their card details. It is a swift payment method once card details are already stored.
