As football fanatics around the globe can’t hold the excitement of the event, RTA Dubai has also announced an integrated operational plan for the mobility of fans during the event. RTA will operate more than 1,382 metro trips regularly.
The authority has added more than 700 Dubai taxis to the existing fleet of 11,310 in the FIFA World Cup 2022 transport plan.
Moreover, they intend to deploy three modes of marine transit and 60 public buses, especially in the FIFA World Cup Dubai transport plan.

Spectators can use buses, marine transport and taxis to commute to/from Bluewater Island to Dubai Harbor.

Public Buses
Besides the aforementioned transport options, RTA is also all set to carry fans to the decided FIFA World Cup locations by utilising 60 public buses. However, it is important to note here that the public bus service will only operate on the designated routes. For instance:
First Route: New DWC1
The first route will only operate until 20th Dec 2022. The first route is the new DWC1 which departs from Al Maktoum International Airport and passes via Dubai Metro Expo Station. The route will continue 24/7 to Ibn Battuta Bus Station every 30 minutes.
Second Route: F55
Route F55 will run from 5:00 am to 12:00 am with intervals of every 30 minutes. F55 is a metro feeder link service which provides a ride to/from Al Maktoum International Airport and Dubai Metro Expo Station.
Third Route: N55
You can use this route if you are planning to visit the fan zones at night. The night shuttle service operates from 10:00 pm to 5:00 am. The service also provides a commute between Maktoum International Airport and the Dubai Expo Metro Station.
Marine Transport
RTA has also included a marine public transportation system in Dubai transit plans for FIFA World Cup. The authority has allocated two Dubai ferries and one water taxi. The service timing of the RTA marine transport will be decided as per the match schedules. These marine transport services will bring passengers on a line linking Bluewaters Island with Dubai Harbour.
