- Select if you are registering as an Individual or Establishment
- Enter the email address and receive an OTP
- After entering the OTP, add Emirates ID or Traffic ID (you can find it on the front of the driving licence in Abu Dhabi)
- Provide mobile phone number
- Enter the OTP received on the mobile number
- Now complete the registration form
After user registration, app users can view the complete dashboard, which includes the following:
- Personal details

Users can request the new Mawaqif permit by following these steps:
- Select ‘Issue Residential Permit’ or ‘Issue Limited Term Permit’
- Choose the vehicle or add a new vehicle
- Now, select the options for a residential parking permit (Apartment or villa)
- Add a lease number or title deed number
- Also, provide ADDC electricity and water account number
- Choose a period for a parking permit (six or twelve months)
- Pay for the permit using a credit card or e-wallet balance
After completing the procedure, you will be able to view the parking permit for a certain residential area.
