- You will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS to the provided phone number.
- Enter the OTP in the box and select ‘Connect’.
- You will receive a confirmation SMS with your Queue Number.
- You will be redirected to the waiting page. It will display your Queue Number, the estimated waiting time and the Queue Number of the person currently being served.
- When it’s your turn, click the ‘Start Video’ button and the video session will begin. The maximum duration of this call is 30 minutes.
- After the video session, a screen will display for service evaluation where you can share reviews and feedback.
