For a move-in permit from Nakheel properties, tenants and homeowners can apply through My Nakheel app (Android | iOS) and via Nakheel’s official website after registering as a new user. If you already have a Nakheel account you don’t have to register again, just enter your credentials and apply. You can also log in using your UAE Pass to apply for a move-in permit.
Also, if you don’t have a tenant profile, you will be directed to the property tenant profile creation page. Once the tenant profile is verified and created, you can apply for a Nakheel move-in permit.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED WHEN APPLYING FOR NAKHEEL MOVE-IN PERMIT AS A TENANT
Here is a list of documents that are to be submitted by tenants with move-in permit form:
- Passport copy if you are an expatriate along with copy of visa
- Emirates ID
- Vehicle registration details (if any). It is worthwhile to note that only a maximum of five vehicles are allowed.
