TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR UNMARRIED FEMALE CITIZENS:
- The minimum age is 30 years old. It is not necessary to be married, however, loans can’t be granted to humanitarian or social cases.
- If the breadwinner for the unmarried female cannot provide for the house through legal means, then she will be responsible for the house for her second-degree relatives.

- The divorce must be irrevocable. If it is not, then the divorce elapse must be three years.

- The required minimum age is 30 years old. It is not necessary to be married, however, loans can’t be granted to humanitarian or social cases.
- They must be a custodian of one or more children. However, in the case of the elderly who are unable to have any children, they are exempted from the condition. They must also have a medical report provided by the authority.
- The applicant must reside in the Emirate with her husband and children for seven consecutive years to request the loan.
- If the father of the children can not provide for the house, then the following conditions are implemented:
- The income of the applicant must be limited.
- They can not earn due to a medical report issued by the authority.
- They are bankrupt or insolvent.
- They live continuously outside the Emirate and refuse to provide a house or rent in case their residence is unknown.
- The non-citizen must undertake to not apply for any residential loan when they attain state citizenship.
ADHA Demolition and Reconstruction Housing Loan
Through the ADHA Demolition and Reconstruction Housing Loan, the resident can request AED 1,750,000. The applicant shall use the amount to tear down their old home and construct a new house on the same land. The loan is repaid as monthly instalments under ADHA guidelines. Also, the repayment time is 25 years.

ADHA House Maintenance and Expansion Loan

ADHA House Purchase Loan
This loan allows residents to request up to AED 1,750,000 to purchase a house in the Emirate. The house purchased must be developed by an approved real estate developer in Abu Dhabi. The loan shall be repaid within 25 years of the request approval date. Moreover, a loan of AED 250,000 is granted if the house infrastructure is not paid for by the government.
