Housing Loans

Loan for expansion and addition to an existing house
You can apply for a loan of up to AED 500,000 and pay it back in monthly instalments decided by the ADHA. The repayment of this loan should not exceed 10 years.
House purchase loan
If you want to buy a ready-to-move-in house then you can get a minimum loan of AED 1,250,000 and the maximum is AED 2,250,000. The repayment of this loan is limited to 25 years.
House maintenance and extension loan
Up to AED 1,100,000 loan is available to expand and maintain your home. The repayment period of this type of loan is 18 years.
Demolition and reconstruction loan
About AED 1,250,000 to AED 2,000,000 loan amount can be approved through this service. The repayment tenure of the loan is 25 years.
Modify approved loan
You can also modify the previously obtained and approved loan through this service.
House construction loan
If you want to build your own home on residential land then a minimum of AED 1,250,000 and a maximum of AED 2,000,000 is available for construction. 25-year is the repayment tenure of this type of loan.
House maintenance loan
If you want to renovate and maintain your existing home then you can get the approval of up to AED 750,000 as a loan. The repayment period is limited to 15 years.
Residential Land Purchase
Potential investors in Abu Dhabi can buy developed land in Abu Dhabi. The land can be bought from a strategic partner or land stock designated to ADHA.
Housing Grants
Investors can request a residential land grant with a ready infrastructure to build a residence on it.
