The Etihad WE was established under the Federal Decree-Law No. (31) of 2020.

How to get a New FEWA Ajman Connection
If you are planning to rent an apartment in Ajman, the first thing you need to do is to get a FEWA connection. The procedure of setting up a new FEWA connection in Ajman is pretty simple. All you need is to follow the below-mentioned steps to open your FEWA (EWE) account:
Visit the FEWA/EWE official website to register your account
- Select the ‘Service’ tab
- Choose the ‘e-Service’ tab
- At the e-Service tab, you will find the ‘Customer’ button

- Select the ‘New Customer Service Activation’
- Submit your application along with all the required documents
Your application to get new electricity and water connection from FEWA Ajman will be approved within 24 hours. How to Disconnect FEWA Connection
You must disconnect your current FEWA connection if you are planning to move out to another Emirate. Follow these steps, to discontinue your FEWA Ajman electricity and water authority connection:
- Go to the official website
- Under the ‘Service’ tab you will find the ‘E-services’ section
- Choose ‘customer’
- Select clearance certificate (Move out)
- Apply for the clearance certificate
Your FEWA connection will automatically be discontinued within 24 hours. Upon payment of your outstanding bills, you will receive the clearance certificate within three days.
You can also head to your nearest Etihad WE Service Centre along with your Emirate ID to disconnect your FEWA connection. This option will cost you AED 50.
