Al Barsha
Al Barsha tops the list of luxury areas to rent a villa in Dubai. The community is located in West Dubai enveloped between Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Sheikh Zayed Road (E11). The ideal location and the inclusive community of expats from different countries make Al Barsha a popular area.
Each villa in Al Barsha comes with a parking space for one or two cars depending upon the covered area of the villa. Alongside this, a number of paid parking spots are also available within the community.
Due to its ideal location, the area is directly connected to a number of major highways in the UAE.
