According to dubizzle’s data, users have shown interest in affordable and luxury properties for yearly, monthly and daily rentals:
- Tenants looking for yearly affordable apartments have shown more interest in the apartments for rent in Al Nahda. Whereas apartments in Dubai Marina have been searched most by individuals looking for yearly luxury apartments on rent.
- DAMAC Hills 2 has been popular among tenants seeking yearly affordable villas. Whereas those interested in renting luxury villas preferred Al Barsha.
