- ADCB
- First Abu Dhabi Bank
- Emirates Islamic Bank
- Commercial Bank International
- Dubai Islamic Bank
- Standard Chartered Bank
Dubai residents who are eligible for the instalment plan can repay their traffic fines in a span of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. Importantly, the service becomes valid for any outstanding charges that amount to AED 500 and above.
The earlier policies mandated an amount of AED 5,000 or more to apply for instalment. On the other hand, businesses were only eligible to apply for instalment of RTA traffic fine, if the accumulated amount is more than AED 20,000. They can opt for online traffic fine payments on instalment via the following channels at any time of the day and 7 days a week. The time period to finish the request is 5 minutes only:

- Smart Police Stations in the city
