RTA and Careem Bike Rental
RTA Dubai in cooperation with Careem has launched a bike-sharing service. Initially, 780 bikes are provided across the 78 solar-powered stations in Dubai. Tracked via GPS, these bikes can be traced in high occupancy areas.
You can hire and pay for the bike using the Careem BIke app. It gives you a QR code that you can use to unlock the bike. They plan to increase the number of bikes to 1750 in the first two years and then eventually to 3500 bikes.
Allowed Speed
