What is MParking?
The mParking service allows drivers to pay and get their parking tickets via mobile phone. It eliminates the need to find physical ticketing machines. Moreover, it is secure, fast and convenient for all motorists, especially those visiting Dubai from another Emirate or country.
How to Use Mobile Parking in Dubai
mParking facility provides an option to pay your tickets via SMS (only du-Etisalat numbers). It is a simple process based on two steps mentioned below:
Type the Message
Open ‘New Message’ in your mobile and dial 7275 (PARK) in the sender’s address. The mobile parking dubai format for non-Dubai vehicles is:
<Emirates/Country Code><Plate Code><space><Plate No<space>Zone No<space>Duration (hours).
In the case of motorbikes, include ‘B’ before this format: B<Emirates/Country Code><Plate Code><space><Plate No<space>Zone No<space>Duration (hours).

Receiving Confirmation
Once you have sent the drafted message to the mParking number, you will receive a confirmation message. This confirmation message states whether your request is accepted or rejected. SMS service charges AED 0.30 and parking charges/hour as per the zone will be deducted from your mobile.
Reminders and Renewal
The mParking service will send you a reminder message ten minutes prior to the ticket expiry time. If you are willing to increase the parking time, reply to the message with ‘Y’. The second half fares will be automatically dedicated from the user account.
Parking Zones
Dubai is segmented into different parking zones. Each parking zone has its own timings and charges. You can identify your current parking zone by the orange Paid Parking boards. Terms and Conditions
The mobile parking service is currently available to Etisalat and Du subscribers. Parking through mobile in dubai has its terms and conditions related to availing parking facilities and other services.
- You must ensure that you have enough balance in your mobile account to pay the fee.
- Use the correct format, RTA will not be responsible for any consequence due to using the wrong format.
- Service charge (AED 0.30) will be deducted on every sms.
- All the RTA terms and conditions are applicable on mParking service.
- RTA will not be responsible for any delay in the service due to network issues.
- You can call 8009090 to file complaints.
