HOW TO RENT DUBAI WATER TAXI

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The water taxi must be booked two days in advance if it is available.
- The customers must be present at the station 15 minutes before the scheduled trip.
- The trip route can be changed as per the security requirements and weather conditions.
- Any misconduct or rule violation during the trip will result in a fine.
- For children below 12 years of age, an adult must accompany them wearing a life jacket on board.
- The child’s Emirates ID must be presented to the Ticketing and Information Office at Marine Transport Stations.
- In case of loss of belongings, the customer can report to RTA lost and found. They must visit the Al Ghubaiba office to recover the lost items within 24 hours.
- The regular items will be returned to the customer on their arrival. However, if an Emirates ID or an equivalent document is lost, the office will give it to the Dubai Police Department.

PROCESS
- To rent the water taxi, the customer must email the following details to RTA:
- Time and date of the trip
- Type of the trip (charter or commuter)
- Station from which they will depart
- Station to which they will arrive
- Number of passengers
- When the customer reservation is emailed, they must pay for the trip at either of the three stations: Marina Mall, Al Ghubaiba or Al Jaddaf Marine Station. The payment must be made 24 hours before the trip starts.
- The customer must reach the station 15 minutes before the set time and provide the booking number and payment receipt to the driver.
SERVICE FEES
As mentioned above, the service fee depends on the Dubai water Taxi stations. If it is rented during service hours, the cost will be AED 400.
