- The application must include clear and adequate details for jury evaluation.
- Participants agree to cooperate with jury requests for additional information.
- Participant affirms the accuracy and completeness of the provided information. They must acknowledge the right of the Secretary General of the Award to disqualify for false or misleading details.
- Winning initiatives cannot re-enter in any other category.
- One initiative cannot participate in multiple categories.
- Each institution may apply for all categories separately.
- Joint applications require acknowledgement from all parties involved.
- Attach supporting documents for initiative nomination.
- The award organiser reserves the right to reject entries infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.
- The jury may cancel non-compliant applications during the evaluation stages.
