David Brown’s name was removed from the logo and the colour palette also changed that year. This logo had a light greyish background of the wings with gold outlines.
1984- THE MODERN LOGO
In 1984, the owners decided to redesign the logo. This time around the basis was set and the wing design was more sophisticated and elegant. The old colour palette returned that is silver, grey and black colours. The letters in the rectangular box were slightly narrowed in this new design.
2003- THE REFINEMENT OF ICONIC LOGO
The 2003 design of the logo was similar to the one in 1984. The designers made a few refinements, that is the change in colours. This logo is the present one with a black outline of wings and deep greenish-grey colour. The font colour of Aston Martin is white placed inside the rectangle.
