Our beloved property is not in use at the moment, hence we are staying in Germany for another 1,5-2 years.
So the property can be rented for short term (minimum 1 month) or long term with a yearly contract basis.
This Villa is very spacious with 4400sqf (400m²) and is located in Al Hamra Village near gate 3. So it's just a short walk from Al Hamra Mall with no need for a Car even. Hence all daily grocery needs are available at Al Hamra Mall.
The total build up area is about 4400sqf on three floors with a big backyard, two parking lots in the front. Small front area for sitting or barbeque if you don't like to deal with the Sun in the backyard which is facing the south.
The furnishings are in good quality hence we finish it for our own needs and with good equipment. High end mattresses for a good sleep are as essential as high end kitchen an washroom equipment.
Bedding stuff and pillows etc all available and was frequently renewed.
Our basic gym equipment rounds up our lifestyle and will hopefully serve you also to stay in a good shape without the need to register to a gym and spend a lot of time to going and coming and also a lot of money, hence each membership per month and per person is also not a cheap deal.
Just a few minutes walk away is the beach area where you can enter the lagoons. With water sports etc. Everything available as well.
A big community pool is available just a few more minutes from the Villa away and also the public ocean beach area is reachable within 20-25 minutes by walk from the Villa.
Playground for children and a nice internationally recognized Golf course withv events such as PGA championship tours.
The hole 18 is just beside the Villa and can be viewed from the backyard. In the front we have the partially lagoon view, which makes this Villa unique, hence it's the only Villa in this community which faces both attractions. The Golf course and the lagoons.
So it's the perfect location to explore the community and get involved with everything around it.

That's why we are looking for a long term tenant who is looking for the right place to settle down and need a temporary place to explore the surroundings while enjoying a good community with respectful manners and calm area.
