We have an amazing room coming available in our villa in Umm Suqeim 1, just a short walk from Kite Beach. This is the master bedroom — the biggest and best room in the house.

It's massive. You get your own ensuite bathroom, a private balcony, a large couch with a living area inside the room, a 50-inch Smart TV, and a 6-door wardrobe. It genuinely feels more like a studio apartment than a bedroom. The whole house is set up and decorated to a high standard — we genuinely care about the quality of life here and put a lot of effort into making sure everything is well maintained and comfortable.

This is what really makes the place. We're a friendly, respectful group of western expats — currently from Spain, France, Germany, South Africa, UK and Ukraine. Everyone gets along, people are clean, considerate and easygoing. It's not a party house and it's not a library either — just a good, balanced vibe where you can relax and feel at home.

We're looking for someone who's clean, respectful, and appreciates a quiet, well-kept home. Not suitable for families please dont inquire, and kinldy note pets are not allowed
