Guest access
Apartment Access / Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in is from 3 PM onwards. Check-out time is before 11 AM.
• Early check-in (from 9 AM), subject to availability with no additional cost.
• Late check-out (before 1 PM), subject to availability with no additional cost.
• Passport copies of all the guests staying in the apartment are required to have security access pass to the building.

Other things to note
Cleaning & house-keeping
• Cleaning Fee applies to the post check-out cleaning only.
•Towels are provided according to the number of guests. If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.
• If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify us no later than 48 hours prior to check-in.

Additional Services
• Portable bed is available (80cm x 190cm) upon request with additional cost.
• 32 inch 4K computer monitor and laser jet printer are available for rental. Reach us for additional equipment rental services.
