DLD Real Estate Brokers Programme Attracts 1,000 Citizens
DLD’s Real Estate Brokers Programme under Dubai’s Social Agenda 33, has received around 1,000 registrations since mid-March. The Programme has successfully formed 25 alliances with different private real estate brokers and development companies.
By the end of the year, 15 more workshops are scheduled with the aim to train citizens and help them in getting a real estate broker licence.
Dubai Government Provides Whatsapp Support for Rain-damaged Properties
Recent rains in Dubai have affected multiple properties in the emirate. To cater to this, a number (+971 58 300 9000) has been allocated on WhatsApp for the citizens, as directed by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The residents of rain-affected properties can submit their requests for support through the number.
Aside from the number, DLD and RERA Dubai are also providing multiple services without any additional fees to help people return back home. Provision of alternative residences, food supplies and pest infestation are among the few major services provided by the authorities.
ARA Announced Arabian Hills Estate, a Mega Project in Abu Dhabi
ARA Real Estate Development along with their strategic partner DECA Properties announced the Arabian Hills Estate in Abu Dhabi. This 244 million sq. ft project is designed in accordance with the 2030 community-centred and sustainable development vision.
Upon its completion in 2027, the AED 22 billion project is expected to offer a wide range of lifestyle amenities to its residents. Clinics, schools, nurseries, shopping malls, restaurants, parks, playgrounds and a 27 km cycling track are only a few to count. This gated eco-friendly community will be equipped with water recycling plants, solar panels and EV charging stations.
Binghatti Debut in Dubai Hills with Launch of Binghatti Hills Project
Binghatti – one of the leading real estate developers in Dubai has announced its mega project named Binghatti Hills. It will be the largest project of Dubai Hills by the developer featuring around 21 commercial spaces and 1,666 residential units.
Binghatti Hills is inspired by natural rolling hills and will offer a tranquil living environment to the residents. Lush sky gardens are adjusted inside the building and pools are added on. Currently, the project is offering Studio, 1 and 2-bed apartments with a starting price of AED 777,777, AED 1,111,111 and AED 2,222,222, respectively. For retail, the starting price is AED 1,949,999.
Samana Developers Launch Lake Views in Dubai Worth AED 1 Billion
Samana is all set to offer a unique blend of luxury and comfort to the residents with its newly launched project – Samana Lake Views. The project covers an area of 794,000 sq.ft featuring two twin towers boasting around 1,006 residential units. The units will be available in studio, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments.
