Step 1: The customer visits one of the Real Estate Trustees Centres.
Step 2: The customer submits the required documents, which are checked to ensure that no items are missing.
Step 3: The employee enters the transaction data into the system, reviews it and approves it.
Step 4: The customer pays the fees and receives the payment receipt.

Via Online System or Application
