Central traffic control system &#8216;SCOOT&#8217;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Split Cycle Offset Optimization Technique also known as &#8216;SCOOT&#8217; is a modern traffic control system that regularise and control traffic flow at major junctions in the city. The elements to be covered by the audit mainly include the design phases of a new project before and after the construction. The audit identifies problems with road safety.
