It is powered by a 1.6-litre three-cylinder turbocharged 12-valve engine producing 296 hp and 390 Nm of torque. The GR Yaris 2026 is available with both an eight-speed automatic transmission and a six-speed manual transmission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hot hatch features Toyota\u2019s GR-Four full-time all-wheel-drive system, which uses an electronically controlled multi-plate clutch to manage torque distribution between the front and rear axles. There are three selectable drive modes, allowing the system to adjust power delivery to optimise traction, balance and cornering stability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The performance of the GR Yaris is also enhanced by a sport-tuned suspension system. It features a MacPherson strut front and double-wishbone rear suspension with front and rear Torsen limited-slip differentials.
