The exhibition featured solutions such as the Bus Drivers Support System, Smart Traffic Management at the Intelligent Traffic Systems Centre, AI-Powered Bus Network Management and Smart Road Asset Assessment using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dubizzle.com\/blog\/cars\/lidar-autonomous-driving\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LiDAR Technology<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other initiatives included the Madinati AI reporting tool, Instructor Monitoring System, Plate Price Prediction System and Public Transport Station Management Using AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-upgraded-bus-stations-and-air-conditioned-rider-rest-areas-in-dubai\">Upgraded Bus Stations and Air-conditioned Rider Rest Areas in Dubai<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>RTA has launched 15 air-conditioned rest areas for delivery riders at key metro and bus stations across Dubai. Each rest area offers facilities like: shaded parking, drinking water and phone charging.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside the new rest areas, 22 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dubizzle.com\/blog\/cars\/buses-dubai-rta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dubai bus<\/a> stations in Dubai, including 16 passenger stations and 6 depots, have been upgraded. The enhanced facilities support <strong>1,387<\/strong> buses and can accommodate an additional <strong>637<\/strong> buses, boosting operational efficiency.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a move to improve passenger comfort, free Wi-Fi is now available on all <strong>259<\/strong> intercity buses, ensuring a more connected and convenient travel experience across key routes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-15-575-buses-and-1-059-delivery-motorcycles-inspected-in-july\">15,575 Buses and 1,059 Delivery Motorcycles Inspected in July<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>RTA conducted over <strong>15,500<\/strong> inspections targeting chartered, tourist and international bus services to ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, <strong>1,059<\/strong> inspections of delivery motorcycles were completed in high-density areas. The inspection was focused on wearing protective gear, having training certificates and ensuring safe riding practices. Out of 1,059 inspections, only 19 delivery motorcycles were impounded for breaching <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dubizzle.com\/blog\/cars\/motorcycle-safety-rules-dubai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RTA motorcycle safety rules<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-autonomous-taxi-operations-expanded-to-al-reem-and-al-maryah-islands\">Autonomous Taxi Operations Expanded to Al Reem and Al Maryah Islands<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>AD Mobility has expanded autonomous taxi services to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dubizzle.com\/blog\/property\/al-reem-island-area-overview\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Al Reem<\/a> and Al Maryah Islands in partnership with WeRide, Uber and Tawasul Transport.
