For this purpose, the Government has issued Law No. (5) of 2024. This new legislation focuses on addressing the issue of abandoned vehicles in public spaces. It will ensure that abandoned vehicles do not negatively impact the urban landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are the details of the new law for abandoned cars in Ajman.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ajman-s-law-for-abandoned-cars-core-purpose\"><strong>Ajman&#8217;s Law for Abandoned Cars &#8211; Core Purpose<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The primary objectives of the law for abandoned cars in Ajman are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Enhance the aesthetic appeal of the emirate.<\/li><li>Encourage sustainable environmental practices.<\/li><li>Prevent safety hazards caused by abandoned vehicles.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>By implementing this law, the government aims to discourage individuals from neglecting their vehicles in public areas. This time frame will be calculated from the date of initial identification by an authorised official. Once identified, the responsible authorities will take the necessary steps to remove the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-establishment-of-the-abandoned-vehicle-disposition-committee\"><strong>Establishment of the Abandoned Vehicle Disposition Committee<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To oversee the management of abandoned vehicles, the law has established an Abandoned Vehicle Disposition Committee. This structured approach ensures that all actions taken are transparent and legally compliant.
