Moreover, motorists coming from Umm Suqeim will see their travel time decrease from 15 minutes to 8 minutes. These changes will enhance traffic efficiency and safety around the mall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project includes constructing a <strong>300-metre<\/strong> bridge on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dubizzle.com\/blog\/property\/sheikh-zayed-road-area-overview\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sheikh Zayed Road<\/a>, now officially known as Burj Khalifa. The bridge will consist of one lane providing unrestricted access to the parking lots of the mall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Umm Suqeim intersection ramp is planned to widen southward. This will improve vehicle movement from Umm Suqeim Street to the existing bridge leading to the mall&#8217;s parking lots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional work includes improving <strong>2.5 km<\/strong> of surface roads around the mall and developing three signalised intersections.
