This generation was completely different from its predecessor, marking the start of the evolution of Maserati Ghibli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The two-door coupe features a boxy exterior with a narrow radiator grille sandwiched between rectangular headlights. Fog lights and turn signals were present at the lower bumper. Whereas, large rectangular brake lights were positioned at the rear end.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cabin had a large dashboard with a wood finish, reflecting the luxury offered by the car. On the dashboard, only AC vents and a clock were present, creating a minimalist look. All the necessary car controls and a stereo system were positioned at the centre console. For the first time in Maserati Ghibli&#8217;s history, a four-door sedan with a turbo diesel engine was offered instead of a coupe.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The car had a pointed hood with a wide radiator grille featuring twelve vertical slats and a Maserati logo. The grille was accompanied by narrow, swept-back daytime running headlights. Similarly, narrow brake lights were present at the rear end. To complete the exterior, body contours were present.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dashboard was wrapped in premium leather, offering a premium finish.
