We are looking for a sociable person (or couple) to complete our Bali-style villa ready for the winter season. Oh, the price has been dropped by AED 1,000 because…
If you enjoy surfing, volleyball or beach-life - even better!
Your room has just been renovated, and I’ve added a shaded private patio. It has a large en-suite bathroom (which has a marble sink, a massive mirror and has been fully retiled).
The best part? An enormous 190cm teak bed with 6 full-length built in cupboards.
Do you like to BBQ? There’s a full outdoor kitchen with Gas, Parilla grill, Webber kettle and Sonos sound system. Oh, we have outside AC’s and Fans to keep the temperature down.
Our villa has parking, is just 5 minutes walk to Um Suqeim Surf Beach and has both Artisan bakers and Aswaq easily accessible, too.
There is regular villa cleaning and even a garage for bikes and Surf Boards . The kitchen is enormous and has three fridges and a large gas oven.
So, if you are looking to be be part of a well-maintained villa near the beach then call me on . Shared living in Dubai can be stylish and spacious!
