Sadly our flatmate is leaving Dubai ;( but on the positive side, that means we have 1 available highly upgraded master room for someone looking for something...different.

This is a large and cozy master room, ensuite bathroom, big built-in closet, small private balcony, very comfortable double size bed with a premium mattress, desk/dresser and a nice sofa area with a 65" TV. Yes the bathroom has a large TV as well of course ;)

Please continue reading only if you are a respectful mature-minded individual and would like be a part of a community in a very large 2-floor penthouse in the marina with amazing sea views, a cozy relaxing atmosphere in the common areas/living rooms and high-end facilities/furniture/ entertainment systems that will let you have a lovely comfortable home in the most interesting area for western expats in Dubai, while being able to relax and enjoy your time off work the most! 

Are you tired of the typical crappy room with equally crappy landlords who couldn't care less and just thinks about making as much profit as possible? Are you tired of moving around and really just looking for a place you can call home in Dubai with a chilled atmosphere and flatmates? Then you might have just found it. This is not a business, so we do things a little different here!!

You would be sharing this extremely spacious apartment with other western expat professionals. 1 person in each room only, no partitions and no room-sharing or couples allowed, so the apartment is far from crowded.

Access to elevators from both top and lower floor so you don't have to walk through entire apartment to get in and out.

The apartment is packed with electronics/gadgets and bedrooms + living rooms are almost exclusively furnished with stylish and good quality beds and furniture from Marina Home, Crate & Barrell, West Elm, Bo Concept and The One. This means that, if you are not responsible and can't treat this place like your own or you want to turn it into a party house then this it NOT the place for you.

DOWNSTAIRS LIVING ROOM has a lovely center bar, Dining table with 8 seats, professional 8ft pool table, arcade machines, 2x HUGE 85" 4K TV's, Smart Home Sound system with 6 different zones, 2x Xbox One with 40+ games, Nintendo Switch, Sofa/TV area, 2.5 meter saltwater aquarium, cozy bar tables, dining table, smart LED lighting system for different mood settings and balcony with view of Palm Jumeirah. Several additional things planned to constantly improve the place.  

UPSTAIRS LIVING ROOM (and hallways) have just had new flooring put in so is currently not being utilized, but has amazing views overlooking the lower level and palm Jumeirah, so definitely something interesting will happen here as soon as it's been cleared of leftover furniture etc

KITCHEN comes fully equipped with everything you might need, appliances, cutlery, plates, mugs etc, fridges/freezers, selection of drinks, ice dispenser and a 65" Wall TV for when you want to watch/listen to something while you're cooking.
